Myotonic Goat Registry

The Myotonic Goat Registry (MGR) is the primary registry in the United States for breeders of registered fainting goats. Shows can be sanctioned through the Myotonic Goat Registry. Only MGR registered goats may show in MGR sanctioned shows, and judges must be certified through MGR or another breed organization (preference given to MGR judges, always) in order to judge an MGR sanctioned show.

   

    

MGR Shows

Our 2018 Labor Day show will feature two Myotonic Goat Registry shows. Only goats currently registered through the MGR can be shown in these two shows. There will be a Youth Showmanship section for MGR youth members, as well as a Youth Bred and Owned section in each show.
